– International Mobility for Employment
ECLEE designed its STEM Plus program by addressing this basic philosophic question: “What must change inside the mind to accomplish innovation in the outside world?” We strongly believe that the earlier this mental shift is implemented in life, the better the results. ECLEE’s STEMP Plus program is a cohort program modeled after the Leadership Diamond®, a methodology for developing leaders at all levels. Developed by the renowned philosopher and author Dr. Peter Koestenbaum, Leadership Diamond® focuses on discovering human values and talent, cultivating them, and creating bridges that empower people in today’s business world to make a significant difference. Our objective is to prepare students to be responsible global workers and world citizens.

About Study Abroad
More than ever, students of all ages need as many academic and cultural advantages as possible to become true world citizens. Travel is the ultimate learning experience that will help students expand their worldviews, establish international networks, and become more self-confident.
While many study abroad programs feature just a good time, ECLEE’s programs go much farther. We explore history, culture, human values, and self-growth, while building the interpersonal and professional traits that students need to be successful for the rest of their lives.
Our two-week programs are open to students from high schoolers to adult professionals, with an opportunity to earn credit hours. We travel abroad to France and Belgium, where we visit not just cultural attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Châteaux de Versailles, but also places that are literally shaping the European economy, such as the European Union in Brussels and Eura-Technologies in Lille.
