This Intercultural Skills and Management program has been developed to provide cultural knowledge and develop communication skills to business executives focused on intercultural business performance.

Participants attending this course should feel both more comfortable in a multicultural environment and be able to leverage this competence to develop successful internal and external partnerships around the world.

This Certificate Program has been developed in collaboration with Learning Education and Development and Ed Wells Partnership of the Boeing Company, Edmond Community College and the Washington State Workforce Development.
