In this course you’ll learn to define quality, customer, and expectations, to identify the source of expectations, to define quality management systems and to describe the history of quality management systems. You’ll be able to describe the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), to identify the four levels of quality documentation and to describe the roles and responsibilities of Quality Assurance personnel.
